My Approach
Your healing is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming whole.
I believe in Carl Jung’s concept of Individuation — where each of us travels a journey towards wholeness, a sometimes long and painful road filled with struggle the lifelong journey of integrating every part of ourselves, especially the ones we’ve had to hide, protect, or abandon.
I also believe that it doesn't have to be a solo one.

Your healing journey doesn’t have to be taken alone.
As a therapist, I like to think of myself who sits sidecar on your healing journey of self-exploration offering support and guidance as you move through your healing process, creating a safe and trusting space for you to explore and gain insight in how your past experiences may still be affecting you. I serve as a steady guide on your path to healing, deepening your self-understanding, facilitating change and helping you break free from the cycles of trauma.

Sometimes we need someone that we can trust to ~remind us of our strengths ~ bring to our awareness what we have forgotten about ourselves and ~ show us how to be kinder and gentler to ourselves so that we can integrate our exiled or broken-off parts.
I am that person.
My approach is holistic, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from an eclectic toolbox to support healing from trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, grief, and relationship issues.
I serve as a steady guide on your path to healing, deepening your self-understanding, facilitating change and helping you break free from the cycles of trauma.
I have a strong calming presence, a deep intuition nature, a rich traumatic past, and an excellent education steeped in psychodynamic and Depth tradition to help you see yourself, your struggles, and your life in a whole new light.
I am trained in EMDR, IFS/Parts Work, Attachment Focused, Somatic Therapy, Depth Psychology, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness and Yoga based practices.

Healing happens through relationship —
not in isolation.
In our work together, we may draw from:
-
Somatic awareness (listening to the body’s wisdom)
-
Internal Family Systems (meeting your inner parts)
-
Nervous system regulation
-
EMDR-informed processing
-
Breath, grounding, and presence-based tools
This work is collaborative, paced, and deeply respectful of your nervous system.
