Individual Psychotherapy
Who We Are
Mosaic Healing Collective is a healing psychotherapy practice that highlights a holistic approach that focuses on treating the whole person, including their emotional, mental and spiritual aspects.
It focuses on healing, recovery and restoration, which is central to trauma based therapy.
It incorporates different modalities with a focus on helping clients feel more empowered and supported in improving their lives.

Who You Are
All identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences are welcome here.
All parts of who you are are welcome here.
This is a trauma-informed space grounded in
respect, collaboration, and care.
This work is for you if you feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, emotional pain, or disconnection from yourself. You may also be navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or a desire for deeper self-understanding.
I work with clients who are ready for meaningful change and have a sense that something in their inner or outer world is ready to shift—even if they’re not yet sure how.
You do not need to know how to begin.
I take care of the “how.”
You only need curiosity and a willingness to explore your own healing.
My role is to act as a catalyst for insight, integration, and lasting change—always at a pace that respects your nervous system and where you are right now.

How Therapy Works Here
Therapy is collaborative, gentle, and paced to your nervous system.
We may draw from:
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand, connect with, and heal the different “parts” of themselves with compassion and curiosity.
I draw from Jungian depth psychology to explore unconscious patterns, symbolic meaning, and the deeper layers of the psyche that shape your lived experience.
Somatic Therapy
I integrate somatic therapy to support awareness of the body’s signals, helping you process emotions and experiences through a grounded, embodied "bottom up" approach.
I use EMDR-informed approaches to help gently reprocess distressing or traumatic experiences so they feel less overwhelming and more integrated over time.
Polyvagal Informed Therapy
I incorporate polyvagal-informed work to support nervous system regulation, helping you build a greater sense of safety, connection, and resilience.
